Eligibility Requirements

A. Profile

• Have a Net Worth of CAN$400 000+ (US$290 000).
• Have 3 years+ of Experience as a business owner or 5 years+ of senior management experience within the past 10 years.
• Proficiency in English equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) 5/10.
• Have at least the equivalent of a Canadian High School diploma.

B. Busiiness Commitments

• Complete an Exploratory visit to the Province and attend an Interview in person or virtually with the Government.
• Provide active and on-going management of the business for at least 12 months.
• Make a minimum of investment of at least CAN$100 000.
• Create at least 1 new full-time job for a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Plan to live in the Province.
